Why make a donation to Team 980?

As a high school robotics team, Team 980 needs help to buy materials, tools, robot parts, computers, and anything else needed to sustain the team as well as pay entry fees for the competitions we take part in.  All of our funding comes from donors both corporate and private.  The mentors on our team are unpaid volunteers who donate their time and often help financially as well.

If you choose to give financially to the team, 100% of your donation goes to directly helping our students expand their education and learn real world skills they can take with them into future careers in the STEM and Business fields. Depending on your sponsor level we also give rewards for helping us, from team merch to your logo on our robot.  The levels and rewards are listed on the right.
